In 1996, Jean-Luc Souflet and Jean Duforest founded the children's fashion brand OKAÏDI, with the aim of making business work for people. In 2005, they co-piloted the takeover of JACADI PARIS and founded IDGROUP. In 2010, the FNAC éveil et jeux brand, renamed OXYBUL éveil et jeux, joined the group. At the same time, the group developed a network of crèches under the RIGOLO COMME LA VIE brand. Since 2015, IDGROUP has been rolling out its new ÏDKIDS concept. Drawing on its 3 core brands OKAÏDI, OBAÏBI, OXYBUL éveil et jeux, this web and retail community platform offers a range of brands, products and services that are beneficial and militant for children, sharing the "ACT FOR KIDS" CSR project.
Present in 70 countries with 1,300 stores, IDGROUP achieved sales of 900 million euros in 2022, of which around 12% on the Web. Jean-Luc Souflet is currently Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the holding company, ID Valeurs.
